about me

Come in.

I know we just met, but wow, we have loads to catch up on.

If you want to know about me, you need to know I take pride in beating my children at in-pool, handstand contests. I realize my youngest doesn’t swim yet, but that’s irrelevant. I still win.

If we ever meet in real-life, count on me bombarding you with questions. I do this  because I yearn to know the stories behind the faces, and well, it’s also a sneaky way for me to avoid telling you too much about me.

This blog is the place where I discuss how our beyond blessed, middle class family attempts to live a life that values people over possessions, others over ourselves, and service over entitlement.

I also sprinkle my posts with ideas about raising girls and encouragement to follow those crazy dreams of yours.

Thrilled you are here. I can tell we are going to be friends.

For more fun, come find me on Facebook and Twitter.
