Can't wait to check these out! Great finds! We'll be praying for you and all that will be experiencing Frankenstorm!
Lisa,
We shouldn't get to much snow, only a few inches predicted here, but our friends who are a little east should get hit hard.
"The first sign you may be right where God wants you to be is when everyone starts telling you you're nuts."...loving even when it's hard and especially when it's hard.
This one hit me like a ton of bricks. (A saying I wish I got from my husband. Lol) My 11 yr old foster daughter is giving me a run for my money & sometimes even "I" think I am nuts! Lol. Can't wait to read the one's on, "Those Who Write", next! Thanks Amy! ~ jen
I always want to share my good reads like this, Amy, but these days I count myself blessed when I can find my own thoughts. :)thanks for these resources. Heading over to check out a few.
Jen,
Eleven year olds are hard. Eleven year old foster daughters are probably hard times ten. Thanks for reading, girl.
Laura,
Usually I don't have time to pull together good reads, but I've been working on this little list for a bit. And scattered thoughts? Wait, what were we talking about again? Hee, hee.
Hey Amy, Thanks so much for the mention in this post. Sandy is a'comin! Seems quiet here now, but I know I won't feel that in 24 hours.
Stay safe!
~ Wendy
