My favorite thing that he said was, "Sometimes just doing what the Lord wants you to do is the most amazing thing you're ever going to do." Wow. Who cares what everyone's reaction is to our obedience to God? They can hate it or love it. That's not the point. Obedience is better than sacrifice.

I keep seeing that word, START, and hearing that guy's words: "The Holy Spirit will confirm it."
Those are world-changing words, Amy. Thank you for sharing.
It's so easy to look the other way. To ignore. To walk on by. To not say anything.
But we've all felt it. That tug on our hearts. The Holy Spirit's presence. I pray I can START answering His call and not do the easy thing.

my favorite part was when he described the love he felt for the man he was carrying. wow! not only did God give him eyes to see, but gave him His heart to truly care about the man. at that point it probably becomes less about obedience and more your own will b/c you emotionally care about he person you are helping. amazing video! love it. and i definitely need to my eyes to be open in so many ways. thanks for sharing!

Thanks for sharing, Amy. I loved it. I used to work in a homeless shelter. It opened my eyes to ta lot of things. This was powerful example of how the Holy Spirit in us can do much more than we could do on our own. He became the heart and hands and shoulder of Jesus! Wow! I think I'll repost on my page.
